The college offers WSET Level 1, 2, and 3 wine certificate courses, providing a platform for those interested in wine and practitioners to learn about wine and spirits.
Wine & Spirit Education Trust, the British Wine and Spirits Foundation Institute, was established in 1969. The Institute is committed to quality teaching. There are currently teaching locations in many countries around the world. 1) Damon Sir有超過16年在多間4-5星級酒店任職飲品部經理 ,主要培訓執業品酒師, 令學員快速學習專業品酒技巧, 經驗豐富的實戰老師 ,在市埸上各院校少之又少。
2) 選用及品試更多有品質及代表性的葡萄酒, 比一般學校為多。
3) 用多年收集的葡萄園泥石去教學 ,令學員更容易理解葡萄酒Terroir風土條件的重要性,全港獨有。

1. Taste more wines
Level 1 Award in wine : 共品試12款酒+6款食物配搭

Level 3 Award in wine: A total of 82 high-quality wines were tasted2. Extra class time
Level 1: A total of 7 hours of class, teaching more basic and extracurricular knowledge
Level 2 & 3: Free additional 3 hours of [Examination Intensive Reading Class] to improve each student’s exam scores3. Set up flexible make-up classes and examination arrangements
If students are absent from a certain class, they only need to notify the college three days before the class date, and the college will arrange for the student to make up the class in the same class in other classes at no additional cost.
4. Entity teaching method
In wine liquid, we often smell different smells. Our academy will provide different types of physical teaching materials, such as oak blocks, spices, dried fruits, etc., to help students more easily distinguish the aromas in wine.
5. Flexible exam time
If students are unable to take the exam at the time arranged by the college, they can also take the exam on the designated exam date of other WSET classes of the same level within six months without extra charge.
**Note** If you need to change the exam date, please contact the institute as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.6. The class location has convenient for transportation
All classes will be held at our college. The location is very convenient. Students only need to walk for a few minutes from Exit B1 of Prince Edward MRT Station to get there.

In the course, in addition to learning the basic theories in the textbook, Sir Dawen has led students on many study tours in Europe, visited some representative wineries, recorded them with videos, and shared them with students during the course, which greatly improved the students' interest. Textbook retrieval arrangements - prepare well for exams in advance
The college recommends that students obtain course textbooks one to three months before class so that they can read them in advance.
This allows students to have a basic understanding of the course content before the course starts, making it easier for them to absorb it during class, so as to achieve better results in the exam.
