Number of students in the classroom?

We have an independent tea class room that can accommodate 8 people. Classrooms A and B can accommodate 18 and 22 students respectively, and can be expanded to accommodate 40 students at the same time.

In addition to Chinese, are there other language options for the course?

Under normal circumstances, we will teach in Chinese, supplemented by English. If there are special needs, we are also happy to provide English or Mandarin teaching to special groups or institutions.

Can the registered course fees be refunded?

Refund policy: (based on the actual amount paid by the student)
Notice 1 month in advance to refund the tuition fee after 10% discount
Notice 2 weeks in advance to refund tuition fee after 15% discount
Notice 1 week in advance to refund the tuition fee after 20% discount
Notice 3 days in advance to refund the tuition fee after 30% discount
Tuition fee notified on the same day will not be refunded

Is an accreditation certificate issued for each course?

To avoid misunderstanding and confusion, we will clearly label the information with "Recognized Certificate Courses" and "Interest Classes".

Our college provides a different series of courses and interest classes to meet the needs of different students. Some international certification courses can meet the needs of people in related industries, while interest classes can be easily learned without taking exams. We are a college with excellent teachers and clear educational goals. We teach accredited certificate courses with equal emphasis on theory and practice. We will not just satisfy the students to obtain certificates as the teaching goal. On the contrary, we will add practical experience to both accredited certificates and interest classes. Let every student apply what they have learned.

What should I do if I miss a WSET class? Can I book make-up lessons in advance?

For students studying WSET Level 1 courses, in order to provide students with a better learning environment and to cope with the examination, the college recommends that students try to follow the original schedule.

If students enrolled in WSET Level 2 or Level 3 courses need to miss a certain class, they must notify us in writing/email/telephone three days in advance. Otherwise, the student will lose the opportunity to make up the class. The college will try its best to arrange students in the same class in other classes. Make-up classes are available, but please note that the college reserves the right of final decision.

Note: Make-up lesson arrangements: If students want to make up lessons,You have to wait until there are extra spaces in the class,before you can get the opportunity to make up a lesson, Schools should inquire with the college for detailsof the make-up lessons

Arrangements in case of bad weather?

Courses or exams that have not yet started:
If typhoon No. 8 or above occurs, or a black rainstorm warning occurs, courses or exams during the following periods will be cancelled.

Early warning was issued at 9:00 in the morning, and classes starting at 12 noon were cancelled.
An early warning was issued at 11:00 a.m., and classes starting at 2 p.m. were cancelled.
Early warning was issued at 12:00 in the morning, and classes starting at 3:00 pm were cancelled.
Early warning at 1:00 pm, classes starting at 4 pm are cancelled.
4:00 pm warning, classes starting at 7 pm are cancelled.

The warning will only appear if the course has already started:
Typhoon No. 8 or higher, classes will be canceled immediately.
Typhoon No. 3 or red rainstorm warning, the course will continue.
A black rainstorm warning is in effect and classes continue.

Remark:
If the Observatory gives advance notice, it will issue Typhoon No. 8 or above, black rainstorm warning, etc. during class hours, and the courses will be canceled and postponed. On the contrary, if the Observatory gives advance notice, it will cancel Typhoon No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, etc. before class time. Warnings, etc., courses will continue as usual, and the college will also notify everyone of class arrangements as soon as possible

If a student is absent from class, can he/she make up the class?

Students need to contact the college to inquire about the make-up arrangements. All make-up arrangements are on a waiting list. If the class is full, students who make up the class will have to wait for the next class to make up the place. The college reserves the final decision. right. In addition, if a student needs to be absent from a certain class, he/she needs tothree days in advancePlease notify us in writing/email/telephone to request leave, otherwise the student willloss of opportunity to make up lessons, the college will try its best to arrange students to take make-up classes in the same class of other classes. If there are any changes to the class schedule, the college will not notify you separately. Students who need to make up classes should contact the college to confirm the make-up time. there is no additional charge for make-up lessonsHowever, it should be noted that there is only one opportunity to make up a class. If students are absent again, they will not get another opportunity to make up a class.
