數千年的中國茶藝確能提高生活情趣,但怎樣才懂得去欣賞它?如何才算是品茶及品人生? 我們學院開辦的茶藝興趣班,由資深導師帶領大家去探究中國茶的魅力,喝茶的好處,了解各款茶種的沖泡,儲存和飲用方式。
中國茶藝課程 分初級,中班,高班及深造班,內容充實而生動有趣,通過對中國茶的基本認識,配以適合的茶具及沖泡技巧,學員便可得心應手,無論是良朋共聚或個人獨賞,皆可提高品茗的情趣和品鑑能力
中國茶藝課程 課程特色
Lesson 1
Understanding the application of tea wares, the water used for brewing tea, and the knowledge of boiling water.
The art of drinking tea - different tea cups are suited for different teas, the importance of water purity and the right water temperature for the tea.
Lesson 2
The historical evolution of tea - Tea originated as a medicinal herb, and has now developed to the point where it is consumed by the masses. Are you interested in learning about its growth and development over the centuries? Why has it endured for thousands of years?

Introduction to the Six Major Tea Categories

The classification and production process of tea. Grown in different seasons, it will produce tea varieties with different terroir characteristics. For example, a leaf from a plant of the Camellia genus, according to different processing methods, can be made into different teas, such as Pu-erh, Oolong tea, green tea... and so on. How much do you know?
First Class The concept of green tea, brewing this year's green tea. Why is green tea the highest in vitamin C among all teas? Why should green tea be brewed with cooler water?
Second Class The Goddess of Taimu talks about white tea
Third Class The story of black tea
Fourth Class A brief discussion on dark tea

Professional Course Instructors
Ms. Lee Yuet Ngo
Ms. Lee Yuet Ngo (李月娥女士), senior tea training instructor. She first joined The Best Tea House in 1993 and was trained by Hong Kong based tea master Mr. Chan Kwok Yee (陳國義老師), thereby built a close relationship with Chinese tea and became a tea expert herself. In 2003, she received the certificate of “Tea Leaves and Tea Art Training” from Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences (GDAAS) with merit. Later on, she worked at The Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware by the Hong Kong Leisure and Cultural Services Department as ambassador to promote Chinese tea drinking culture for 5 years. In 2007-2008, Ms. Lee helped promote the art of tea and perform demonstration during Hong Kong Museum Day. She also worked as a tea instructor for an interest class for HSBC’s staff for 5 years. Currently, she is a member of the Chung Yeh Alumni Association, Sheung Shui North Residents Association; and an instructor and consultant at Shenzhen Bontemps Wine Co., Ltd. – Bontemps Clubhouse and at Shui Yi Fang Clubhouse located in Shenzhen Dutch Flower Town in Nanshan District.
